Our Story

Master Property Conveyancing has established expertise and a loyal following of clients who come back for its professional, efficient and smooth conveyancing service.

ANNA MARIA ZAGAMI LICENSED CONVEYANCER AND FELLOW OF THE INSTITUE OF LEGAL EXECUTIVES VICTORIA

I have acquired over 25 years’ experience, previously working as the Chief Conveyancer and Mortgage Clerk in a law firm and eventually establishing my practice in 2014, Master Property Conveyancing.

My ample and wide-ranging tertiary qualifications and in-depth background training in a legal practice has crystallized my firm understanding of the interests of various clients, from acting on behalf of a first home buyer, to the other end of the spectrum, and acting on behalf of a bank and implementing their security requirements.

I understand it all and have the actual and not just the theoretical practice to provide you with the professional service you deserve. I appreciate that buying or selling a property is an important step in a person’s life. I take the initiative to liaise directly with real estate agents, lenders, brokers and insurers on your behalf and take pride in assuring you that your best interest is held paramount by allowing a simple, straight forward, accessible and stress-free transaction. I avoid disputes and implement check points by acting diligently which culminates from years of expertise, and thorough exposure to all facets of the conveyancing practice and proper management.

I hold an unrestricted and full conveyancing licence and professional indemnity insurance as well as being a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria).

Victoria is undergoing significant changes in conveyancing, with the ever-increasing changes in the implementation of electronic conveyancing and its related processes, we assure you that we are up to date with these reforms and utilise the latest conveyancing technology. Settlements are now conducted digitally through the online PEXA platform instead of physical meetings. Conveyancers are required to obtain your written authority to act on your behalf in the property transaction using a Client Authorisation Form enabling them to sign, lodge, and manage financial aspects of the transaction digitally. All parties involved in land and property transactions must also have their identity independently verified. This is to prevent identity fraud and unauthorised property transactions. Master Property Conveyancing has established various procedures and checks to safeguard your property and interest throughout the buying and selling process, acting as your legal guardians to ensure a smooth, straight forward, stress free and legally sound transaction.
